The Minister of Environmental Affairs has under Sections 24(2), 24(5) and 44, read with Section 47 of the National Environmental Management Act (Act 107 of 1998) proposed amendments to EIA Regulations 2014 & Listing Notices.

Members of the public are invited to submit to the Minister, within 30 days after the publication of the notice in the Gazette (30 October 2015) written comments or inputs to the following addresses:
